Management System™ to monitor performance and foster continuous
improvement. Each aspect of delivery and all support functions are
covered by the system. Delivery is observed and programmes are
regularly audited.
External audits are carried out on a regular basis by funding or
accrediting bodies.
All Mantra Learning Training Advisors are industry professionals
who are specialists in the area in which they teach. They are also
qualified to the highest standard in the life long learning sector
(PTLLS) and are members of the Institute for Learning.
