We seek to draw key resources such as funding, learners, staff and companies from a wide range of sources. This diversity means that we are able to fully maximise support for the sector and strengthen our financial stability by not being totally dependent on any one client or funding mechanism. We recognise that the industry suffers from under-representation of some specific groups in key areas of the sector; we seek to redress the imbalance wherever possible. To promote the Logistics & Automotive sectors and the excellent career opportunities within them, especially to schools, school pupils, parents, teachers, Connexions and others who influence the career choices people make from the age of 14.

• Established in 1968, the Company's original aim was to address the HGV driver skill shortage.
• Mantra Learning has helped thousands of people to achieve their potential in the Logistics & Automotive sectors, including more than 400 NVQs & Apprenticeships, over 200 Large Goods Vehicle and 1100 Fork Lift Truck licences achieved each year.
• The only specialist logistics & automotive training provider to be rated ‘outstanding' and awarded Grade 1 status by the Adult Learning Inspectorate/OFSTED.
• In 2006 Mantra Learning was awarded Beacon Status by the Government's Quality Improvement Agency
