Chloe Coyle, Customer Services Apprentice at TLH Auctioneers

Mantra Learning was recommended to Chloe by a friend and after coming to one of our open days Chloe soon started her Pathway to Apprenticeship course in Warehouse ands Storage. Over the 4-weekLevel 1 course Chloe gained skills such as;
- pedestrianised pallet truck training (PPT)
- picking, packing and wrapping pallets
- safety wear and reading safety signs
- First Aid and accident report
The course also enhanced Chloe's English, maths and IT skills, and covered CV building and interview techniques.
After brushing up her skills in our learning centre, Chloe then had a successful interview with TLH Auctioneers.
Since joining TLH Auctioneers Chloe’s apprenticeship has moved from a warehouse focus to business admin and she is now undertaking a Level 2 apprenticeship in customer services, working towards promotion within TLH.
‘I really enjoy it at TLH, I take responsibility in answering the telephone calls which gives others more time for their roles and I can also now give out small shiping quotes and help out with other smaller tasksHer role also involves working with the ever changing catalogue that requires concentration and attention to detail. She implements her part in this fast paced role with determination.
A good telephone manner and communication skills are essential when dealing with customers and Chloe is proud to exercise these key skills she has developed.
