Fire Marshall
Introduction
The course is designed for those with a responsibility
within the work place for Fire evacuation under the new
Regulatory Reforms (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
The day of training consists of a mixture of classroom
learning and practical activities, involving discharging
fire extinguishers. Candidates will be placed in state
of the art classrooms boasting with new technology such
as 50” inch touch screen display panels.
Who
is it for?
The course is designed for those employees that have
responsibilities of evacuating buildings in the case on
an emergency. In addition the appointed fire marshal has
the responsibility to maintain any fire extinguisher
equipment within the working environment.
Outcome
On
completion of the course, candidates receive a Mantra
certificate of attendance certifying that they have
displayed competence and confidence in the subject.
Content

Specification’. In summary, the course covers a variety
of areas for example the correct procedure of evacuation
in an emergency, storage of fire equipment, correct
usage of fire extinguisher as well as practical
demonstrations of different types of extinguisher
devices.
Assessment
At
the end of the course candidates participate in a Q&A
session held by the instructor to test their knowledge
before returning to the work environment.
