Candidates must obtain all 8 mandatory units for a ful award. The additional unit does not form part of the quaslification, but is available for candidates who have the opportunity to demonstrate competence in this area.

TO 3 - Contribute to the provision of customer services
TO 4 - Plan, organise and improve your work
TO 5 - Investigate the suitability of collection or delivery points for loading and unloading
TO 6 - Routing and scheduling of loads
TO 7 - Allocate the resources for the transportation of loads
TO 8 - Quote for the transportation of loads
