This apprenticeship will provide you with the skills to solve problems, understand processes and kick-start a career in a sector which is advancing at a rapid pace. A Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship is just the starting point to a career in logistics; whether that be from apprentice to warehouse management, to becoming a company director. Alternatively, logistics can take you across the UK, Europe and even worldwide. 

As an apprentice you will develop an understanding of a basic warehouse operation and the impact this has on a supply chain for a business. 80% of your time will be learning-on-the-job, gaining skills and knowledge on how to pick, pack and wrap safely and in good time. 20% of your time will be spent reflecting upon your working practices and spending time with our industry-trained mentors who will support your learning and guide you towards completing your apprenticeship standard.  

You may gain opportunities to further your learning and gain RTITB accredited Fork Lift Truck training, which will increase your capabilities within the warehouse operation. 

On completion of a Supply Chain Operative Apprenticeship, you will be able to progress on to:
