Ella Abbott works for Scott’s Pallets as Assistant Manager, she was offered the chance to participate in the LGV Trailblazer Apprenticeship programme at Mantra Learning.

Ella has recently passed her theory and hazard perception tests, and module 2 DCPC. She tells us:

"I was very nervous at first but working with my Training advisor grew my confidence loads. Alan Durose has given me the confidence and the training to get to this stage which is brilliant, the knowledge I have gained has been amazing and I am now ready to take my Category C test."

"I would recommend the apprenticeship programme to anyone who wishes to drive an LGV professionally as it is a well-structured programme.  It builds your knowledge gradually. All the training and knowledge so far on the programme has been very helpful to me. Obtaining my LGV license will enable me to cover for holidays and sickness, this will in turn save the company having to employ agency staff.
