The Department for Transport has written to the Road Haulage Association this week to confirm that it "considers it essential that the
work of the logistics sector should continue to the greatest extent possible through the COVID-19 crisis."

From the food on the supermarket shelves to providing the NHS with vital medical supplies, logistics is at the forefront of every essential service. It's impossible to think of an item in our households that haven't been through a logistics process and the coronavirus crisis has highlighted how crucial the industry is to our everyday lives.
