On the 12^th October we welcomed Labour MP, Keir Starmer onto our Middleton site. Discussing the current HGV crisis and the need to invest in training and testing to help support drivers.

Worker shortages throughout the logistics sector continue to threaten supply chains across the UK. The need to invest in recruiting and training is vital to help limit the impacts across the sector. 

Keir took a trip around our warehouse. We have excellent facilities, including live warehouses, that operate using real stock, and staff that are industry experts. 

Keir also had a go at driving one of our National Logistics Academy trucks!
