Mantra Learning has weathered the Covid-19 Pandemic, and come out stronger than ever.

Throughout the Pandemic, we have continued to deliver logistics training to thousands of people and have supported key industries throughout the UK. This included:

• Training new logistics staff, including LGV drivers and couriers;
• Providing care and support to our learners struggling with the lockdown;
• Providing free mental health and wellbeing classes throughout Greater Manchester and Merseyside;
• Helping to support people facing unemployment by helping them to retrain for new careers.

We are especially proud of our approach to the challenges posed by online learning. Rather than try and keep the same curriculum and move our courses online, we took this opportunity to study our courses in detail, and adjust our courses to maximise the benefits of the virtual environment. This included creating resources for our learners who have young children, and allowing our learners to learn at their own pace through distanced learning. 

Onsite, we have also introduced strict Covid-19 control methods, including temperature-checking cameras, sanitation stations, and a one-way system throughout our buildings. 

The past year has been challenging for us all, and we, at Mantra, are proud to have offered, and to continue to offer, training, support, and a brighter future to our learners.
