If you're 16-24 and looking to start your career, then look no further. We're providing young people with the chance to learn new skills from the comfort of their own home, in logistics and motor vehicle, all whilst getting paid! 

The logistics and automotive sectors have played a significant part in keeping the nation going during the coronavirus crisis and we're working with employers who will be looking for their next key worker apprentice, once social distancing measures have been reduced.  So now is the time to kick-start your career, enhance your skills and set yourself apart from the rest.

 

On a Pathway to Apprenticeship programme, you will complete a series of virtual courses, giving you qualifications, skills and knowledge to prepare for an apprenticeship. Lets not forget, we pay you for doing this!

Our virtual programmes will provide you with an interactive learning experience, the chance to work a pace that suits you and the opportunity to connect with other like-minded young people in our virtual classrooms. On top of this tutors will provide 1-2-1 support and you will receive further help from our Pathway team.

On completion of a virtual learning programme we will support you with sourcing a paid work placement, where you will receive further benefits such as free personal protective equipment, travel reimbursements or access to a free bike. All of this has one end goal, to progress you on to an apprenticeship with one of our employers!

We understand that these are challenging times we're living in and protecting our learners and staff welfare is our priority.
