Mantra Learning Group will share your information in regards to your training with the relevant and required bodies, including, but not limited to:

Employer and/or training funded by organisation

Relevant Awarding body’s

Relevant accreditation organisation

Subcontractors providing services for Mantra Learning Group

Education and Skills funding Agency

Department of Education

Job Centre plus and work programme providers

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA)

3rd party database providers for Mantra Learning Group- this can include, Maytas, E-Bookit, and Microsoft software

Outside of these organisations, it may be required that Mantra Learning Group shares your information, when required by law, for the purpose of criminal activity, safeguarding concerns including but not limited to risk assessment processes and health & safety requirements.

Data is stored and handled in accordance with GDPR requirements of 2018 and processed as required for training, accreditation, and funding purposes.

Your information will be kept on record for the required retention period, as outlined by the awarding body and/or accreditation organisation(s).

Information on your course(s), including invoices and/or joining instructions will be sent via the email and/or telephone number provided to the Mantra Learning Group.
