Toni left school, unsure what career path to take. When we explained the opportunities in the logistics sector she jumped at the chance. She is now working at H4UK doing her Warehouse & Storage Apprenticeship and looking to progress after. 

"I wanted to become an apprentice because I didn't this college was right for me. When I did my starter day at college it didn't seem right. I felt like the work-life would be better, to work on the job." 

"When I left school I felt like my confidence level just dropped. But when I started here it brought up my confidence a lot more."

"At first it was hard because it was something new. However, when you get used to it you learn a lot more."

"I would like to potentially become a supervisor or manage people."

"I would like to stay in warehousing as there is a large demand for it and it's a great place to start, especially leaving school and growing up."
